A real person, day or night
The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
The connection costs you nothing
This service is free to the homeowner. You are never invoiced by this site — the only money that changes hands is between you and the contractor you hire.
Local crews, licensed for the trade
The contractor on the other end is independent, licensed for this trade in Oregon, and based close enough to Hillsboro to turn up. Ask for the license number and proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
Not the right contractor? Call again
If the contractor you were connected to does not show, does not call back, or simply is not the right fit, call this number again and ask to be connected to someone else. There is no limit on that and no charge for it.
Where these commitments stop
This service does not stand behind the work, and it would be dishonest to suggest otherwise. The contractors are independent businesses; the quality of the job, and any guarantee on it, come from the contractor you hire.
